I grew up as an athlete with interests in gymnastics and track & field, which lead to some injuries that required physical therapy. I came from a family of PT’s, so I was already exposed to the field and always knew it would be the answer to getting back to competing again. As an adult, I have ventured into Crossfit and marathon running and really enjoy treating people within both communities! I love treating the entire body and I am very hands on when working to correct biomechanics and restore proper movement & stability. My treatment approach leads to less pain, improved mobility and strength, performance gains, and ultimately injury prevention!
