Emma enjoys living an active lifestyle, having played Division III softball in college and continuing to spend her free time hiking and skiing. With a strong background in fitness and health, she has spent the past several years working as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, training everyone from young athletes to older adults striving to improve their fitness. Emma brings that same passion to physical therapy, where she is dedicated to helping patients of all ages and backgrounds return to moving and feeling their best through a personalized, rehab-focused approach.
