My two passions in life are being active and learning. I was an every-season athlete growing up and now a runner, skier, and hiker. I strive to provide my patients with the best care through evidence based practice and my own personal experiences/interests with a focus on strength and sport-specific training, manual therapy, as well as mechanical diagnosis and therapy.
