Adiamis Ramos-Delgado

Adiamis Ramos-Delgado, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Joint Ventures Physical Therapy’s Wayland clinic. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Springfield College and is a member of the APTA.

Adiamis has a special interest in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries, including recovery following ACL, MCL, shoulder, and hip procedures. She also has experience with blood flow restriction training and pediatric care. As a graduate research assistant, she contributed to research examining the role of intrinsic foot musculature in balance and postural stability among older adults.

Outside the clinic, Adiamis enjoys pickleball, working out, reading, and relaxing with a good TV show. She also speaks Spanish.
