Joint Ventures is a company that I can honestly say that I feel proud to work for, and stand behind the business/treatment model we use on a daily basis. After working for the company for 5 years, I moved out of the Boston area, and struggled to find anywhere that felt like the right fit, as I was used to being able to provide one-on-one care. Luckily, Joint Ventures was ready to expand to the MetroWest area and I was able to come back to doing what I love with a company that I genuinely believe in. There are always opportunities to pursue areas of interest/growth or strengths whether it is clinical or management related, which I have always found to be an important way to keep people inspired and involved.

I started working for Joint Ventures in 2014 as an administrative assistant. The growth I have experienced here, both professionally and personally, has a lot to do with the amazing people of JV who supported me along the way. I was given the opportunity to learn, develop, and find a path that interested me which has led me to a role in billing. The support came not only from my direct managers and coworkers but executive-level staff and ownership, and that still continues to this day. It's also a big added bonus that coworkers have turned into friends and the company promotes creating relationships by holding different events, fundraisers, and gatherings to foster that environment. Most of which are actually really, really fun!

Being a patient and an employee at Joint Ventures has given me the unique experience of receiving treatment and playing a part in the behind the scenes work that goes into the business as a whole. I treat with Rachael at the Fort Point Clinic. The level of care, knowledge and support I receive during my recovery and continuous athletic development is exceptional. From the up-front insurance verification and benefits detailing to the personalized care and support, I can't thank JV enough for getting me running pain free and faster than ever. This level of care doesn't stop at treatment, it bleeds directly into the JV staff. JV promotes a company culture of teamwork, respect and community that is cultivated between both clinical and non-clinical staff and I'm honored to have the opportunity to be a part of it. I am proud to work for a company that provides the best possible care for both their patients and employees.

Joint Ventures has been my favorite physical therapy clinic I've worked at. It is the perfect blend between clinical independence and autonomy along with a strong community and team-feel. Every day I feel like I get to work as the clinician I want to be all while working alongside an amazing group of clinicians and colleagues. From top down, every member of the team has been a pleasure to be around. Plus, the pay, benefits, and compensation package is phenomenal!

After being a Medical Biller for over 10 years, I found my home at JVPT! Many companies prior treated me as a producer, a number, not a team member! Joint Ventures is a completely different company to work at! As one of the "Senior" members of the staff, I have worked a few other places and witnessed some ok and some terrible "teams"! Starting with the owners, Dan and Dave, this company has an amazing way to make you feel like you are a real asset to the success of the company and you are not just an employee. I have a voice and it's incredible! I thank my lucky stars every day I was hired by Kim Dragon back in 2013! I will retire here as there is no other place I truly want to be!

I've been working at JVPT for the past 4 years in 3 of the satellite clinics, so I've had the chance to treat alongside quite a few therapists within the company. Over my 20+ years as a therapist, I have never seen so much talent, compassion, and skill in a concentrated environment! There is such a wide variety of backgrounds among the staff and everyone is so willing to share knowledge, problem solve, and support each other. Leadership values autonomy while always making themselves available for staff needs and encouraging growth. JV has done such an amazing job cultivating a real "family feel". For this reason and many others, I can say with certainty that this has been my most fun and rewarding job!
