Since 2011, I have worked on both the billing and administrative teams at Joint Ventures and although we do not provide the clinical care, I love seeing the immense impact we can have on the patient experience. Whether it’s a warm welcome on a first visit, encouragement to show up, or education about health insurance, we strive to support our patients in meeting their wellness goals.
