I was a competitive dancer for many years and continued my dance career through college after an injury, so I know what it’s like to return to sport after surgery or injury. I incorporate Pilates principles, strength and conditioning, and functional movement in to my treatment to teach you now only how to move, but to move well. I want all of my patients to be an active participant in their recovery so they can take the tools they learn in our time together to continue with a healthy, active, and fun lifestyle!
