Joint Ventures is now offering 1-on-1, private Yoga training to help you maximize your body's potential.
Why Private Instruction?
If you're new to yoga and want to build a practice, we can help acquaint you with the postures, alignment, and basic yogic breathing and meditation practices. If you're an athlete, we can help you design a practice to complement your current exercise routine so that you may perform at your optimal levels. If you're a seasoned "yogi", we can help fine tune and deepen your practice to get the most out of your Yoga time.
We also specialize in getting people who have other medical conditions into a safe Yoga practice. If you suffer from chronic pain, a specific medical condition, or just general soreness...Yoga can help! No matter what your current condition or situation, we can design a practice for you that helps you live in your body at its fullest potential.

Location: Private Yoga sessions are available at our Kenmore Square and Kendall Square offices.
Attire: You should wear loose fitting, comfortable exercise clothes.
