If you want to maximize your body so you can maximize your running performance. Or if you have questions about past or current injuries or preventing future injuries, this is the program for you!! This multi-disciplinary clinic includes 1-on-1 evaluation, treatment and tips/exercises to address your personal running needs.
To start, you will receive a personalized, 60 minute 1-on-1 evaluation with a licensed Physical Therapist. During this session, you will get a thorough evaluation of your strength, flexibility, and range of motion related to running/walking. You will also have a run/walk gait analysis on the treadmill and functional movement testing to identify areas of complex dysfunction. You will leave with a personalized list of suggested exercises to address the specific findings of your evaluation.
From the results of your evaluation with the Physical Therapist, you will receive:
- A 30
minute workout with a Personal Trainer. This workout will focus on the right warm-up and cool down for your runs, as well as mobility work, foam roller work and strength exercises to maximize your body's performance. This workout is individually designed to address your needs and very specific to the needs of runners.
- A 30 minute, 1-on-1 introductory massage with a licensed Joint Ventures' Massage Therapist. They will help you identify key muscle groups associated with any areas of restriction, as well as share tips on the best stretches for pre- and post- run.

What to bring: Please wear or bring your running shoes and running clothes - appropriate attire such as running shorts and a sports bra are requested. If you would like a recording of your gait/analysis please bring your smart phone or small recording device.
