Clinical Interests

Jill provides a customized fitness plan to address each client’s goals and needs in a safe and effective manner. She creates an integrated training program, progressive within each session as well as over weeks, months, and year(s). Each program includes flexibility, core, balance, plyometric, speed/agility and resistance training. Jill enjoys working with all fitness levels but loves creating Metabolic Conditioning programs and seeing the rapid, progress clients experience with their strength, stamina, and endurance. She works with her clients to establish lifelong exercise habits, maintain realistic goals and to keep clients motivated to use and move their bodies!

Personal Interests

When Jill is not with a client or working out, you can find her playing outside with her 7-, 5- and 6-month-old kids. She loves doing anything that involves getting fresh air and sunshine, especially hiking, and hanging out on the beach. When she can get some alone time, Jill enjoys going to comedy shows with her husband, reading, having a strong cup of coffee, baking, a good class of Cabernet and binge watching anything historical on Netflix.
