Clinical Interests

From personal experience in the Air Force and working with high level special operations personnel in the Army, I have a strong interest in both recreational and high level athletes as well as strength and conditioning. I enjoy integrating manual therapy techniques for tissue preparation to maximize exercise performance. I have found huge benefits in emphasizing neuromuscular control and breaking things down to foundational basics before returning to high level activities in order to decrease the risk of injury recurrence and future hiccups.

Personal Interests

I just relocated back to the Boston area after living in North Carolina and Texas and am enjoying re-exploring the city. In my spare time, I also enjoy jiu jitsu, hiking, reading (especially outside in hammocks!), and strength/mobility training.
