FUN-ctional Group Training
Are you ready for something different in your workout routine? Joint Ventures is excited to announce our FUN-ctional Group Training. Most people's workout includes some component of traditional strength training, stretching/yoga/pilates, and some cardiovascular exercise like running or aerobics. Why not get the benefits of all in one class? Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve, your movement will be more efficient and you will burn calories and enjoy feeling your body reshape itself.
What's involved?
Designed to accommodate up to 10 individuals in a large, open exercise space, our FUN-ctional group training classes are a circuit style workout providing a well-rounded session that is easily customizable to your current fitness level. Lasting roughly 50 minutes and consisting of a mix of free weights, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, TRX’s, VIPR’s and more, you’ll work on joint mobility and basic fundamental movement patterns like lifting, lunging, squatting, stepping, pivoting, balancing, pressing, pushing, reaching, pulling, hoping, jumping, skipping, shuffling, running, and walking.
This type of a class is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. You’ll get a great workout and never get bored or wonder what to do. You can join one of our already established groups or form your own!

Program Information:
Location: Joint Ventures' Kenmore Square office only.
Attire: Workout shorts, a T-shirt, and sneakers. Bring your own water bottle if you would
like. We have towels, full amenity showers and lockers.
