To Our Invaluable Joint Ventures' Community,

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy and Fitness continues to be committed to the safety and wellness of our staff and patients during these unprecedented times. Although Governor Baker deemed most medical practices (like Joint Ventures) as ‘essential businesses’, on March 20th, 2020, we closed all of our offices to protect our staff and patients as we felt we had a social and medical responsibility to help ‘flatten the curve.’

Today, Governor Baker updated his policy to "safer-at-home" and we decided it was time to activate our phase 1 planning to reopen!  So, we are excited to announce at this time that we are planning to reopen for necessary in-clinic visits on June 1, 2020!  To schedule your visit, click here and give us a little information.  We will be in touch when we're ready to start scheduling.  While we had planned to open all locations, our fitness center partners weren't included in Phase 1 of the Governor's plan. We will be working with them to reopen the Kendall Square and Brookline/Allston locations, but it is unlikely we will be opening the Prudential Center location on June 1st. We have come to the decision to reopen after careful consideration and focus on the strictest health and safety regulations to keep both our patients and all of you safe.  Click here to read about our safety and logistics changes you will see in our offices. And for those of you still not ready, we will continue to offer Telehealth sessions.

We will continue to closely monitor the guidelines from our federal, state and local authorities, as well as the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and the American Physical Therapy Association. While these are unprecedented and fluid times with regulations and expectations changing quickly, be assured, we have been planning for this day since we closed.  That being said, we will ask all of you to continue to be flexible with us as we work to rebuild Joint Ventures again!

Be safe. Wash your hands. See you soon!

Sincerely,

The Entire Joint Ventures' Family.

March 20, 2020:

To Our Invaluable Joint Ventures' Community,

When the owners of Joint Ventures (2 local physical therapists named Dave and Dan) started Joint Ventures 15 years ago, they could never have dreamed it would grow to what it has become. That growth has only been possible with the help of the tremendous staff who are the JV Family, and you, our amazing patients and clients. We cherish the lifelong relationships we have created with each of you and would like to sincerely thank you for being part of our community.

The health and wellbeing of our JV Family and clients is our top priority. We have been extremely diligent following all CDC guidelines, DPH of MA guidelines and American Physical Therapy Association recommendations. However, due to the continued fluid situation, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close the offices effective at the close of business on Friday, March 20th. We feel this is in the best interest of everyone and our social duty to help flatten the curve. We will communicate with you every step of the way and it is our hope that we are back soon to continue to provide the exceptional care you deserve.

We are honored that you have chosen Joint Ventures for your healthcare needs and we will be doing everything in our power to be back stronger than ever for you.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your JV practitioner (their email addresses are on our website) or one of our owners, Dan: dan.brownridge@jointventurespt.com or Dave: dave.larson@jointventurespt.com. The two guys who started the company, along with the help of our JV Family, are still here working to make Joint Ventures the best place to work and get your care.

Be safe. Wash your hands. Do your exercises. Practice self care.

Sincerely,

The Entire Joint Ventures' Family.
