Decrease Stress with an Alternative Exercise

If you have been in Boston for the winter, you will be hard pressed to find anyone who does not believe it was one of the harshest seasons in recent memory! The constant cold, snow, wind, and ice has led to increased stress and tension in our bodies that can literally weigh us down. With March deciding to "go out as a lion" this year, I know that I am more than ready to get back to enjoying outdoor activities this spring!
