Surf's Up!

Thursday, April 19, 2012

A sport that is often overlooked, but flourishes in the winter and early spring, is surfing.  It is a good workout for your entire body and requires more than average balance and coordination. Stretching to Combat Long Hours Sitting

Wednesday, April 11, 2012
Working in the financial district, there is a huge concentration of busy, working people. These people then become my busy, working patients.  Due to time constraints, some may not get to the gym as often as they’d like, or take the time to stretch as often as they’d like.  As a result, patients often ask what they can do to stretch out after sitting at a desk all day, if they aren’t going to make it to the gym.
