Finally Getting Some Relief after all these Years:
"I am taking the liberty to give feedback because I am VERY HAPPY with the services I have received.
After four appointments with Stephanie Welch (JV Kendall Square Massage Therapist), on a weekly basis, I am stepping up the frequency because I have found that her services are critical to my recovery.
For your background - I have been dealing with this injury for over two years, involving several doctors, physical therapists, pain management, cortisone injections, and have tried all sorts of approaches. My injury is very complex, with various sources of pain. It involves the hip, the thighs, and the lower back.
(My) Progress has never been more visible than in the past few weeks since I have started seeing Stephanie, and what's more - I have never felt like all my issues were addressed in a sustainable way - which they weren't, or else I would be done dealing with this. Stephanie explains to me what we are doing, she involves me very much in the process and I feel like my issues are finally being addressed in a sustainable way.
Aside from being very competent, Stephanie listens extremely well and adjusts her therapy accordingly. Further,she has a very nice way about her, which makes a patient instantly feel comfortable.
(As for) ... Joint Ventures: What a great service, love the nice, clean and soothing environment, love the concept, recommend it without hesitation. I will definitely start using the services of one of your personal trainers once I am ready to transition from the current combination of treatments to a more strengthening focused treatment.

"The Best Massage I have ever Received":
Just a quick note to tell you that I got a massage from Ryan (Holohan, JV Kenmore Square Massage therapist) this weekend. It was the best massage I have ever received. He is fabulous. As someone who works full-time and is in school, I consider my time very valuable. I was motivated enough by Ryan's service to take some time and write this note to you.
