Do you suffer from neck pain? Work or sleep may be your problem. Many individuals work jobs that require sitting at a desk or in front of a computer for 8 hours or more. In addition, many individuals do not sleep with a cervical pillow or a pillow that allows the neck to stay in a neutral position. These factors can contribute to the stress in your neck causing aches and pains and can even limit your range of motion. The set up of your desk or office can be modified to be more ergonomical. Some easy exercises and stretches can be done to better align your neck. Also, sleeping with the correct type of pillow can make a huge difference.
